Lots more Liberal ignorance

Well the letters it seems has stooped. I told him I don't want to hear anymore of Normalais' BS so I blocked him. Not once did he give any intellectual arguments. All he did was scream, "YOU CONSERVATIVES SUCK! BLAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"

I told him if socialism was so good for the economy that he should explain why Maine and Michigan are the worst places in America for jobs.

His response was that the economy in Maine was great and that it was one of the richest in the nation.

He couldn't have been more wrong. Maine has the worst business economy in the nation and is the 47th poorest state in the nation. Only Louisiana, Michigan, Tennessee and West Virginia are poorer and the state trails behind, Mississippi, Alabama, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Kentucky. Our factories are closing down, life is becoming more expensive and unbearable, the youngest best and brightest are leaving for New Hampshire, New York and elsewhere out west in those low tax states of Nebraska, Georgia and Kansas and our government becomes bigger, sluggish and oppressive. Normalais could not give us one example of how Maine was one of the best. All he said was, "YOU CONSERVATIVES SUCK! REAGANOMICS RUINED THIS COUNTRY! BLAAAAHHHHHH!"

Socialism ruined this country, and it has completely ruined the Northeast, specifically Maine and the above mentioned states.

What a moron! He probably never worked a day in his life so what does he know!

I doubt if he really spoke that way but he is right. Things in Maine are fine. Its because of Bush's policies on the federal level that things in Maine are hard. (read my other posts in the following article)

Yeah, the government census told you this so it MUST be right. right?

Liberals... They blame everyone but themselves and their policies.

Bush's tax cuts on a federal level generated more revenue than under Clinton or Carter when taxes were high. The problem is that while Bush lowered taxes, states with Democrat governors rasied them up the roof. That is why red states do far better than blue states.

Care to explain why after we had a Democrat congress for 2 years and elected a rat like Obama we are still doing worse?

Bush's tax cuts did not produce revenue or jobs. Why do we have such a high national debt than under Clinton then? Those states HAD to raise taxes to compensate for the loss of revenue due to reaganomics and neo-conservatism.

The reason congress wasn't able to do anything is because Bush Vetoed legislation and other legislation was stalled. Now that we have both houses and the oval office things will change for the better. You will see.

Because Bush is a moron. The truth is that while he cut taxes, most of it went to the wealthiest 1% of Americans with no strings attatched. They were still allowed to outsource. Meanwhile, middle America was forced to foot the bill. Also Bush increased spending 3 to 4 times than under Clinton and tripled the size of government. Barack Obama meanwhile is doing nothing about it.

Those states HAD to raise taxes to compensate for the loss of revenue due to reaganomics and neo-conservatism.

And because they raised taxes, they lost even more revenue. More outsourcing, more sprawling, more people and businesses leaving the blue states for brighter pastures.

Want to discourage prosperity? Tax it. Encourage it? Subsidize it.
