Quote of the week 3/21/10

It is a good thing for an uneducated man to read books of quotations. Bartlett's Familiar Quotations is an admirable work, and I studied it intently. The quotations when engraved upon the memory give you good thoughts. They also make you anxious to read the authors and look for more.
WINSTON CHURCHILL My Early Life: A Roving Commission (1930), Chapter 9 (Education At Bangalore)

Its been awhile but now Here are some new quotes from random individuals.

Here I stand with 1000 bayonets, and there you stand with your laws. we shall see who prevails.

Adolf Hitler

Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in fostering high morale and community of purpose. The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history.

David Rockefeller

It's terrible to have to say this. World population must be stabilized and to do this we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. (Equating to 128 million per year)

Jacques-Yves Cousteau

"We are socialists, we are enemies of today's capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions." ADOLF HITLER (Speech of May 1, 1927. Quoted by Toland, 1976, p. 306)

I've been fighting with Acorn, alongside Acorn, on issues you care about, my entire career.
Barack Obama

In America, there's a failure to appreciate Europe's leading role in the world.
Barack Obama

It's not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.
Barack Obama

My administration is the only thing between you [CEO's] and the pitchforks.
Barack Obama

I respect your intelligence from reading this page, but think you are an exception to your party, so write more to you & followers here than i had intended: I think Hitler identified himself as a socialist for the same reason he identified himself as a Christian, but he belonged to the Thule Gesselschaft human sacrificial cult. Socialism was the most popular political ideology in early 20th century Europe, so Hitler had to fool socialists (Christians & others) also, into thinking he was one of them.
I think these Mein Kampf quotes explain how Newscorp & emulators trained most of today's GOP how to think poorly, particularly since they associated a president nothing like Hitler with their own propaganda teacher. Barack Obama is amazingly calm in the face of continual, blistering, hateful, racially motivated lies, bends over backwards to try to get his enemies to do the work of government with him & has never attempted a coup in almost two terms. As a result of that association Newscorp drummed in, republicans do not know how to recognize a true fascist, but after their suseptible natures & mistrained minds, folow Donald Trump.

People think poorly because they have been dumbed down by public schools and because they aren't taught to question and read the lines. This is part of the leftist agenda. Hitler's policies were very socialist. Universal healthcare, subsidizing paid vacations for workers, 40 work week, eutanizing the disabled and old ETC. The only thing fake is his Christian beliefs. He wrote that stuff while in prison in the early 20s at a time when godless communism was becoming very very popular in particular in Germany where it became the 2nd biggest party in the nation.

Communism would've taken full control of EUrope and won cold war were it not for its mass executions and godlessness and many saw them as going too far. Also Germany like many nations were regimented and had strong national pride whilst the communists wanted Germany to melt into the fabric of world unification and submit to the will of Moscow.

National socialism gave them an alternative that was more acceptable. Francisco Franco did the same thing only his version of national socialism was toned down and the Roman Catholic church was very Strong in Spain and restrained many of the more violent aspects of the regime. For instance many clergy would speak on behalf of Franco's opponents and advocate exile or imprisonment instead of the death penalty. Church teaching on the sanctity of human life and property also effectively curtailed the more evil aspects of socialism in Spain. To top it off we subsidized it just like we subsidize Democratic Socialism in Europe.

Kids today read fewer books watcher fewer documentary shows and spend more time watching lady gaga and Britney Spears swing their hips and play World or Warcraft than worry about how their nation is going down the tubes and what our founding fathers wanted and what made America great.
